Every album is excellent and their B tracks are amazing.  I can't think of one song that I don't like. There are so many great songs that I don't have a favourite.

Bon Jovi. For the same reasons imbuzzy wrote about Led Zep. Plus, they always look very friendly when I see or read interviews. Very down to earth 🙂

I think it was just the era we grew up in, Woodstock, Festival Express, unfortunately the problems at Altamont. All in all, Great Memories.

Probably the same reason we loved the Wonder Years when it was on TV. The era it was based on was the exact time i entered junior high.

All coupled with the same themes ,adolesence, first crush, first kiss, fishing for beer, first, you know what i mean.

Now if they could figure out the song royalties from the series maybe they could finally release this set on DVD.

I think it's because we grew up when music was talent.. Jagger is a perfect example he was a show man with a ton of talent but one ugggggggggggggglllllllllyyyyyyy dood ...

Now it doesn't matter if you can sing because they can change your voice so now I find alot of talent is not even talent it's a bunch of pretty people who look good...

I mean Bieber did you see him before he became famous the boy was talented in every way but main stream turned him it to a cute heart throb singing music that you can tell is not him at all ...

Talent was gone the day techonology came into play ... a Band is music with talent a singer like little wayne is a waste of a CD ... The guy can't sing can't dance but has a mouth full of diamonds and face full of tats ...

I guess I will finish this off by saying ... I see the bad moon a risin I see the trouble on the way ...... NNNNNNNNNNNNooooooooooow don't go out tonight LMAO

@brandeentertainment- CCR for certain - My first record I bought was Green River - it was a 45, I played it over and over. What is hilarious is my stepson is now a Dad and plays CCR to put our Granddaughter to sleep...Who Knew?

Its a toss up between 3 different ones.

First would be Pink Floyd. I mean more can be said other than legendary. The tweaking and manipulation of sounds, the making of concept albums its an art that has slipped away over time.

Second would be Rush.  They are just friggin cool, and much like Floyd pushed the limits of sounds and concept albums.. namely 2112 and just enjoyed them thru the 80s And well, Alex was on Trailer Park Boys!!

and Third would be Windsor Ontario's own The Tea Party!  I think one of the most under rated Canadian band (even tho they now have Australian ties)  Just like Rush they make a lot of noise for 3 guys!!! Very indepth,  multi cultural, and explores middle eastern, mixed with rock, mixed with passionate soul and emotion. That sort of quality and pure multi talented skills are gravely lacking in some of the more main stream bands of late. If you are not familiar with them, do yourself a favour and at the very least youtube them doing sister awake live 🙂
