How can I buy Altec Lansing MX6021 but only the Fingertip control Full-function Power, Vol., Treble? Or is there anyway we can buy only this item (volume control). I dont want to buy the whole package of Altec Lansing MX6021 because it is only the volume that is out of order.

There is on the dotCOM site a section called Want It Now.

You can put in a request for the exact item you are looking for  and some sellers may respond. Some of those may actually offer what you are looking for.

You can also set up you Want List to show items that are similar to what you are looking for , when they are listed.

Or if you find a seller who has what you need, but is selling with other stuff attached, you can use Contact Seller to ask if he has exactly what you want.

Or of course, you could find a local B&M which deals with the factory and have them order it for you. This is probably the fastest method, especially if you live in a city.

it's been more than 15 years.....but the altec lansing factory (located in the US)  provided me with excellent customer service when my speakers needed repair.
