What is the Promotion?
Sellers who activate the offer and then create a listing in the auction-style format or auction-style with Buy It Now format, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Qualifying Listing"), will pay no insertion fee per newly listed item (relisted items not included) and no additional fee for adding 10-day Duration to these listings ("Promotion") for up to 500 listings during the Promotion Period (as defined below). All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion. The Promotion is in addition to the monthly insertion fee promotion, and/or any other insertion fees that are included as part of your Store subscription.

5-, 7-, and 10-day listing durations are included in this Promotion. The Promotion does not apply to relisted items, final value fees, or optional upgrade fees. Final value fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale, including the cost of the item, shipping, and any other fees a seller may charge—excluding any sales tax. Fees for optional listing upgrades (such as reserve price, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc.) still apply. For listing in 2 categories, you will be charged at standard rates for the second category. Please note: Not all upgrades are available in all listing flows.

Can someone post link to the activation page. That's usually the way I activate it, since ebay never sends an email for at least a day or two late! Thanks.

I always find it best to go to the Selling Manager page (column at right) since I seldom receive promotional email or messages from eBay.

Me too, I didn't get it for the 3rd time in a row.

I find it very ironic when I see "Happy Birthday" eBay is "giving back" when they issued this free promo.

Actually I would think "giving back" means to EVERY sellers not just "to invited seller only"!

When will eBay ever "retire" "to invited sellers only" and give free promos to every sellers?

And because of 3rd time in a row, it means that my unsold items in the inventory will disappear soon and I have to start all over again which is time consuming, thanks to idiots at eBay!!

It is great to have some free promotions every once in a while but I don't think that it is a seller's "right" to receive them every time. I'm glad that at least I receive them once in a while but I don't base my business model on whether or not I am offered promotions.

If you are worried about losing your listings then you should use TL or auctiva or some other listing site that allows you to save them. Why is it ebay's fault that you lose a copy of your listings because you refuse to pay to have them listed?

Why are you even here. If eBay is so bad and full of "idiots", don't you think you should try another site! When the smallest thing doesn't go your way, eBay is robbing you of something. Your posts are always the same and quite tiring.
