Another unprovoked attack by Ebay's Customer Dis-service who wants to join in a class action suit?

Today, with out notice or any incidence of infraction of any policy, ebay imposed upon us again a 21 day hold on our funds.

 

This capricious and tyrannical action on the part of ebay has to be hell to account for the injustice that it is.

 

If there are others out there with otherwise clear record and have suffered similarly, we would like to hear from you and possibly have you join us in our legal action to gain fairness and the attention of this otherwise oblivious corporate firm that gladly benefits from our hard work.  We will be filing a better Business bureau complaint shortly after we try one last time with what passes for customer service.

 

Sincerely disgusted with this now annual, unmitigated abuse from this firm.

Could the action taken by eBay be in response to the link in your listings leading to your website? 

 

As you know, that is against eBay policies.

Isn't this the second time this seller has complained about the exact same thing? It was last year, was it not?

Same thing, same punishment, same "with out notice" complaint.

Same reference from us.
