If you have pictures on file, you could relist manually fairly easily. Each takes about five minutes in my experience.
That's about 100 hours of work over the next month.
As each of your listings reaches its last day, those with USD prices will not renew.
It remains unclear if they will go into your Unsolds for the usual 60 day availability for relisting.
If you decide to leave many lots on dotCA in CDN dollars , may I suggest that you use Free Shipping?
DON'T PANIC! Free Shipping just means including the shipping cost in the asking price. And you seem to be using Flat Rate Shipping in any case.
Which is cheaper?
$916.62 lot with $25 shipping?
$$941.62 lot with Free Shipping?
And of course you could go with $950, lot with Free Shipping.
