Anyone notice the average DSR's for all sellers are now noted?

Hey everyone. I know there has been a lot of talk about DSR's these days and lots of speculation about whether or not the average seller is getting any of the discounts. Has anyone noticed that when you click on your SELLER DASHBOARD and roll your mouse over the graph with your DSR's/required DSR's that you also see what the average DSR's were for all sellers?

They rate as follows:

4.73 Item as Described
4.68 Communication
4.62 Shipping Time
4.59 Shipping and Handling Charges
