BEWARE of Ebay seller

Also known as (the name that paypal sent the $$ to) .  This seller, supposedly in the Netherlands was selling gold rings with "diamond"... diamonelle type stones.    It was a new seller to EBAY... so I took a chance... NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM which cost me $50.  A price most will risk on a new seller.... and a fake stone for real gold ring.   DON"T DO IT. 

The estimated delivery date was 28 days later because of the distance and when I emailed  later about it not arriving never got a response.  Because I was sick I was unable to open a case with ebay.... but this seller must be a fraud as now they have a rating of -2!!  I am even unable to provide poor feedback because somehow the purchase has disappeared from my purchase history.....  and I'm sure that there are many more like me...

I was told by ebay customer service to take it up with www.ic3.gov  to get help with this sort of illegal transaction. 

Also note that paypal does not insure cover payments for  "jewelry" so there is no recourse there.   BEWARE!!!

BEWARE OF THIS BUYER!!!!

HE TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF. OPENED A CLAIM WITH EBAY SAYING THE WATCH I SENT HIM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. HE WAS LIEING! BAY INSTRUCTED HIM TO RETURN THE WATCH TO ME. HE RETURNED AN EMPTY BOX TO ME! NO WATCH. COMPLETELY SCAMMED ME. EBAY RETURNED EVERY PENNY TO HIM. I AM OUT A BRAND NEW WATCH AND $130.
