Although it turns out I've had access to the phone number for quite a while I never called until just now - mostly because I didn't know about it.
After getting extremely frustrated dealing with the folks @ "email PS support" regarding the dual currency issue (you may have heard how some glitch created a 2nd ebay billing account) This glitch then managed to have my account suspended among other things even though I'd made no changes at all to my profile - ie. ebay (or some computer at ebay) created the 2nd currency, decided to bill new listings in the new currency, then suspend me when I didn't pay the new currency account as it didn't put my credit card onto that profile.
Anyhow, 2 days of aggravation were ended in a 5 minute phone call. So thumbs up to the phone people!
Oh, and a huge thumbs down to the live support - I guess they must be there to only help new members with how to place a bid or something as they couldn't answer any of my questions.
