The item was removed from listing and whenever I try to make a case, it doesn't work...
First it gives me the item was removed from listing then it tells me
"Your purchase may still be protected through eBay Money Back Guarantee. You can open a request to see if your item qualifies."
So I tried and it asks me for the item number (271628747174) and I enter it but it tells me I'm wrong.
I'm no longer protected by ebay if they removed the item?
I tried contacting Paypal instead but they ask me to ship it back and I don't really want to pay for shipping...
Never buying Sd cards from ebay again... 4 Gbs usable out of 64gb. The person that made this didn't even bother checking Sandisk's website and printed SDHC on the thing when all Sandisks' 64gb SD cards are SDXC...

Meh, had to call Paypal to solve the problem.
They have an option to speak with an Ebay representative if you bought it from there, didn't know that.
The self help in eBay Buyer Protection didn't give me a number, didn't expect to be able to reach eBay this way.

Don't know why you had to 'call' anyone.
If you have an item that is Not As Described, and that would include counterfeits, you just go to the Resolution Centre up there in the Help and Contact (huh, new name) dropdown.
Start a Dispute. Paypal will require you to return the item with Confirmation of Delivery, but then will refund your original payment. (Not the return postage.)
Only US members work through eBay. The rest of the world goes through Paypal

Like I said, I already tried that.
I didn't want to pay for shipping.
eBay has a policy that protects you from counterfeit and if you can prove that it's a counterfeit, you don't have to ship it back.
eBay and Paypal didn't have options online to let me prove it.
eBay didn't let me start a dispute directly because the item was already removed from listing (was a But it now with lots of items in stock)
Paypal tried to make me ship it back which I shouldn't have to.
The item itself is branded as a counterfeit so it was really easy to prove.
It's written Sandisk Extreme 64gb SDHC on it and that item doesn't exist on Sandisk's official page plus SDHC is a format that only supports up to 32gb. That's like saying that is a 100gb DVD out there. Took a few a minutes and I didn't have to pay for shipping. Still wasted money for Paypal and VISA's exchange rate. Not sure if I will have an opportunity to use those 21.99US, don't really want to convert back.

"Paypal will require you to return the item with Confirmation of Delivery, but then will refund your original payment."
Not much of a "protection" or "resolution" if the Confirmation of Delivery costs more than the item. Like spending $10 to get back $8.

Well, part of it is Seller Protection.
Believe it or not, there are buyers who will demand a refund because the blue sweater they bought is powder blue instead of the baby blue they wanted.
It's called Buyer Remorse.
Why should the seller be out if the item is exactly what was described and ordered, but the buyer changed her mind?
Standard Practice is that the buyer pays for returns. As is often said, WalMart doesn't pay your busfare back to return stuff you bought there.
Best Practice is that the seller pays for returns if the error was the seller's. For example, the buyer bought a blue sweater but got a red one.
And there are some situations where the seller will forgo the return and just refund, for example, when his poor packaging led to the item being broken in transit.
