Bought item as guest, printed off confirmation but deleted the email

I bought my first item on eBay as a guest, paid by credit card PayPal, printed off the confirmation but deleted the email.

never got the item and now can't track shipment and can't find out how to get information as they keep referring to going to the email confirmation, which I can't, so who can I talk to.

When did you purchase?

Did your confirmation have an estimated delivery time period?

At this time of year, it's about 2-4 weeks from USA, 4-7 weeks from China for typical delivery.

Do you still have your printed confirmation? Then maybe eBay can help. See "Help & Contact" link at top and bottom of this page.

Does your paypal account have a record of your transaction? Or was it just a credit card handled through paypal?

If the first, then paypal can help with for Item-Not-Received claims.

Final option: Talk to your credit card company and see if they allow you to file a dispute for an item-not-received.

I bought this in October 19, delivery was to be nov. 4 to Dec 9 from China, I paid with credit card through PayPal. I still have printed confirmation which says it will update when order ships and I have never heard anything. When I try to use the help site I get no where as they say they can't find my order, I opened an account after I ordered and paid for this item as a guest and the help just keeps looking in my account which of coarse I never used. We are not talking much money but very frustrating, I don't think I will use eBay again, I have ordered 3 things from Amazon and had no trouble.
