So I sell a buyer a cell phone. It arrives to him and it wont sync with his pc, so I told him to send it back. When it gets here, its damaged. Not damaged like the post office damaged it, but it looks like the seller threw it against a wall because he was mad it wasnt working.
So, I emailed him and asked is there a reason why it is damaged? Instead of emailing me to tell me, he leaves me negative feedback that says the phones fake, and that im holding a refund hostage.
-Do I have to give a refund for damage he caused, Do I report it to ebay?
Im not sure what to do, any help would be great.
