Buyer changed shipping address to Canada after auction ended. Listing said US only

My listing said US only. When I sent the invoice I was given a US shipping location. I have waited 5 days for payment and now I get a message that he wants a new total to ship the item  to Canada and has changed his shipping address on EBay.

When you say he changed the address, do you mean he stated a different address in the email?

For your protection as a seller, send the item to the paypal address, not the address in the email.

Not only changed it in an EMail but when I looked it up on EBay it was different there than what it had said earlier in the week. When I questioned him he gave me the US address EBay had showed earlier and said send it there. Now all of the dollar amounts on my completed sales show up in Canadian amounts since he requested me to send it to Canada which I didn't
