Buyer did not want to pay and left negative feedback

This user did not want to pay , the buyer tell me e get wallet stoles so the buyer can not pay for this item . 2 day later the user left negative feedback I can not understand how the user can say the shipping was very slow and the shipping 0/5 etc etc the buyer never pay for it ............... And today and yesterday this buyer ,buy 2 item and pay for it .

Did you open unpaid item dispute?

If you have not done so, do it now. The feedback will be removed immediately and automatically once you open the case.

Yes, I'm sure.

Happened to me once. 

Buyer is not able to leave a feedback when unpaid item case open. 

Be careful, don't get your buyer feel more angry, so he won't pay. If he paid before you open the dispute, the negative will stay.

I don't know if he able to leave a feedback again if he pay after the case open.

Don't forget to put him on your BBL.

ebay removes the feedback once you close the case, which you can do if the buyer has not paid 4 days after you open the dispute.

And block this guy - he's trouble.
