Buyer doesnt want to pay now after using " BUY NOW "

So i placed a item up for sale listed it as is " for parts only " , buyer knew it wasn't working fully

now they don't want it after using the "BUY NOW" button so how do i cancel  it  so i don't have to pay the fees ?

Buyers are getting stupider. I have been running into a lot of this lately. Not much you can do.
