Buyer leaving negatives because she lost her job!

I am a victim of this. Take a look at my user ID (ecgt) and follow the negative. This buyer is leaving negatives for sellers who did not let her out of transactions because she lost her job. Buyer has left a string of unfair negatives for sellers all day today. Read the feedback.

What should I do? This does not seem to find into any of eBay's violation rules, but it is definitely a problem. Any suggestions or know courses of action that I (and hopefully some of the other affected sellers) can take?

Make a deal with her:
1.You let her out of this transaction;
2. She agree to revise the feedback.
Do all the negotiation through ebay message.

Wow, she's a real piece of work. If that crackpot buyer doesn't revise the feedback, at least reply to it stating what her bogus reason for leaving the negative was. Better yet, say "Read this buyer's other feedbacks for sellers and decide for yourself".
I think this warrants an eBay intervention.

Hard to let her out of the transaction when the item has already been shipped and received. The customer did not attempt to get out of our particular transaction, but it looks like all of a sudden a negative was left to any seller who shipped an item to her. We were not contacted by this customer and had no knowledge of a problem. As of yet, the customer has not responded to emails.

It would be worth giving eBay a call to bring this to their attention. I don't see anything in the Feedback Abuse section that would apply in this case but you could try reporting it through the link below. Click on the "report to us" link and select Other. Make them aware that she has left a series of neg's because she lost her job & not for seller non-performance.

Possibly you could contact the other sellers and ask them to do the same. If eBay gets enough complaints and sees the pattern they may do something....I'll keep my fingers crossed.

She leaves fair amount of positives.

Realistically, I also think CanadaPost international mailing cost is unreasonable.

Buy a FB revision from her for $5 and block her.

The buyer's account is now NARU. Please see the thread that I opened on the USA Powersellers forum for details about what happened. It turns out that this person has had multiple accounts banned by eBay in the past.

All sellers who were affected by this have had the negatives and neutrals removed.
