Can I be alerted when an item I am looking for is added for sale?

There are certain items I am looking for that I can't always find.  Rather than constantly checking to see if any examples have been added, I would like to be alerted via e-mail.  It's tiresome to be constantly checking and constantly coming up empty.

You can do a exact search then save that search and ebay will email you when it comes up.
