Can I revise my listing to include international shipping ..less than 24 hours remaining...

A potential buyer from England wants to bid on my item. My listing states shipping to Canada and the United States.
When I went to revise item I was unable to revise the ship to countries. Is there any way to add a country to the ship to list?
There are 17 hours left on the listing.

No, from my knowledge you can't revise anything since it has bids and there is only 17 hours left. If it had no bids and it was just posted, then you would be able to revise it. I think that's kind of annoying, but it's eBay's rules, not mine.
