Can I use 2 prepaid cards for an item?

I bought a 50 prepaid Master Card and bought a wig, and now I'm trying to buy a ring that;s 34 dollars plus 26 shipping so like a 60 ring, so I bought a 35 dollars Visa prepaid card to fill in the difference, I have both on my pay pal but I don;t know how to use them both or if you can.. Help! Please?
