Most sellers do not take ANY credit cards.
Instead we take Paypal which anonymizes your financial information and processes it.
PP charges sellers a small fee for this, but it is free to the buyer.
You can go to paypal.com and sign up for the service. They will send a tiny amount of money to your bank account.
When you confirm the amount, they take it back. The purpose of this exercise is to confirm your identity.
From there you can pay from your bank balance, but you are actually better to pay from a card and enjoy the benefits of the card's Buyer Protection policies.
EBay and PP both have strong Buyer Protection, but it is nice to have yet another layer. Problems are rare, but they can happen.
I am fairly sure that you can use the prepaid card with PP, but you should be aware that neither a prepaid card nor your bank account can refund you if there is a problem.
It would be best to use a real credit card, but you can take a chance and use a prepaid.

Hello 'megaman.086',
<< can I use a prepaid credit card to buy goods>>
You do not need a paypal account to shop on ebay. You need either a paypal account (funded by a bank account, a credit card, or both), OR a credit card which you use to pay directly at the checkout.
Many people use prepaid credit cards with no problems at all. No one can say for sure whether yours will work or not.
When you pay with a credit card at the checkout, you are presented with 2 payment options. The first shows all the little card icons, so you click that.
The second option is paypal, -- if you have a paypal account.
To minimize potential card problems, make sure the name and address with the card is the same as the name and address you have on ebay associated with your user ID. At the checkout, type in your information the same as you have it set up on ebay.
And of course, make sure you have a large enough balance on the card to cover the cost of your purchases.
Happy shopping.
