You made an offer, then found a better deal elsewhere. Now you want to withdraw your offer.
Is there a link to review your offer in your Bids and Offers folder? If so you could use it to cancel your offer. I'm not 100% sure about that but you have nothing to lose by looking and clicking.
I think it works the same as a bid retraction.

I assume the offer it still "pending". If the seller has accepted your offer you are supposed to follow through with payment same as if you won an auction or clicked to buy.
If all else fails, contact the seller and say that you are unable to complete the transaction and wish to cancel your offer. Be very nice and polite and load it up with sincere apologies.
