Can anyone tell me what this doll is from mego corp

Can anyone help me - I would like to know what this doll is - her body is cafe au lait colour and she has an afro hair style

She is 11.5inches tall with a twist and turn body.

The back of her lower head is stamped Hong Kong

Her Facial Features are just gorgeous - with bright brown eyes, blue eyeshawdow, well defined eyebrows and bubblegum lips and dimples!!

On her back across her shoulders is marked:  c MEGO CORP. MCMLXX AND UNDERNEATH THIS HONG KONG.

i HAVE NOT ABLE TO SOURCE WHAT THIS DOLL IS - IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME i WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.
