Many Canadian sellers ship to the U.S. You can buy from those sellers on .ca or .com. If you see a listing on .ca that does not ship to the U.S., you can message the seller and ask if they will ship to you.

Yes.
But are you asking about shipping or payment?
If you live in Canada and want your item shipped to the USA, eBay and Paypal demand that the seller ships to the address on the Paypal payment.
Unless you have a US address on your Paypal, many sellers would be wary.
A Canadan member would find it difficult to have a US based Paypal account. because Paypal will only accept addresses that are all from the same country.
Snowbirds often have both Canadian and US addresses and bank accounts. Those Canadians could buy from Canada and have the items shipped to the USA.

The OP is registered in the U.S. so likely has a U.S. paypal.
But if they were in Canada and wanted an item shipped to the U.S., they could add that address to ebay when they were purchasing the item.

Hello,
Thank you for asking.
Yes, I did use ebay.ca and shipped in a US address.
Have a great day.
