Try this:
If you are interested in posting your listings on Facebook, there are a couple of ways to do it (possibly more, but this is what I'm familiar with):
1) Every listing has a set of three "Share" links on the right side of the screen, just above the Item Description. One of them is for Facebook. Just click, log in to your Facebook account and away you go.
2) There are several eBay Apps that will let you post, either manually or automatically, to various social networking sites. Go to your My eBay page and click on the Applications tab. From there you can search for the apps. I know of at least two, and there are undoubtably more, Froo! Smart Social and Social Network App.
