Can't leave a feedback after opening the case and receiving the item some time later.

Very often items that I purchase arrive later than estimated day or never. When I open the case I have 30 days to either get refund or wait for the item to arrive, but I can't somehow leave a feedback. Ebay states that you have to leave your feedback when you receive your item. What can be done in this situation?

Feedback is voluntary.

You don't have to leave feedback if you don't want to.

However, since you were refunded and now have the item as well, the seller would appreciate it if you used Paypal's Send Money service to return the refund.

If you still want to comment, you can add a Response to his feedback for you indefinitely.

Thanks for your comments. My question was not about what to do next if the item is late and you get a refund. I simply want to know how to leave a feedback after estimated shipping day. It could be a good feedback, but somehow I don't see this option available after estimated arrival day. How can I leave a feedback if the item was delivered just a few days later?
