Can't leave negative feedback after 60 days even if seller deserves it.

I never received my item and got no communication even after numerous attempts. I was refunded through the resolve center but now I want to leave negative feedback. Since the wait and resolve process was lengthy, I've exceeded the 60 feedback period... Is there a way around this? The seller deserves the negative feedback.

Thanks!

Actually, the 60 days is not important here. You can't leave feedback after a Dispute, no matter how few days it took to win or lose.

However, you should know that not only is the seller out his listing and selling fees while your payment was refunded, but he also has a Defect/violation on his selling account.

This is much more serious than a neg would be.

Defects can lead to higher listing fees, loss of TopRatedStatus, lower views in Search, restrictions on number and value of listings, and Holds of up to 21 days on cleared customer payments.
