what to do when seller no longer registred and i already pay him?

i just bought this product on ebay...i pay for it and the days after i realized that the seller is no longer registred on ebay, i open a case on my paypal cause when i try on ebay it tell me i never sell or buy this products !  i want my money back  cause i cant even cantact the seller he dissapear ! how many days i will have to wait for that!?
