Can't list or relist, photo upload issue

I can't find the submit button at the bottom when I try to relist several items together. What's the problem? Is it because there is something wrong with my computer or the internet ?

Are you using Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11?

Various issues with IE on those systems.  One way is to try IE compatibility mode for the eBay site and then it may fix the issue. However, from what I read in these forums and those on eBay USA, it makes problems for other pages on the eBay site with compatibility mode on.

I would suggest downloading and installing the free FireFox browser instead of using Internet Explorer. It appears to be the browser with little or no issues with eBay.

Thanks for your suggestion. I use Google Chrome. don't know if it's the problem.
