Can't print USA destination shipping labels

Paypal's format for printing shipping labels changed for me last week. Now,  I am able to print shipping labels destined for Canada but cannot print for USA destinations. Anyone else having this issue?

That side of Paypal Shipping has been a bit flakey lately. I cannot get Classic view to work anymore at all even with an international  destination phone number added, for example, and USA Light Packet seems to disappear intermittently. There has been some discussion this is because ebay is shifting to Shippo but that new platform won't be ready for weeks if not months.

I have found going through eBay>PayPal>shipping seems to work ....and no classic version now...that seems to be gone

The glitch seems to hsve been corrected. Thanks for the replies.
