Can't print shipping label

I sold an item in an auction and the buyer has paid and I need to ship it however when i click the print shipping label link it directs me to this Paypal error page. Although it gives the option to use the classic site, when I click the link it simply redirects me to my paypal summary page which I am almost positive isn't what I'm supposed to be seeing. Any help is appreciated 🙂

Is this by chance an international shipment?

There was a recent change by Customs which now requires phone numbers be included in all buyer addresses. You'll need to include your buyer's number in the shipping label information as you purchase it. That detail can be found in your Sales Record. Ten digits with no spaces no dashes no brackets. Check ebay Announcements for more detail about the new requirement. 

If that doesn't fix it, write back. The error you got is paypal shipping's universal one which is not particulate helpful of them when a user needs to troubleshoot. It could also be a problem with the address in question (incomplete) or it could be an actual paypal processing error.

Some times paypal has system problems -- so trying again later it is one simple alternative.

Are you trying to print using the eBay link or direct from paypal?

If using classic make sure to fill in the phone number under the buyer address. It's not optional (despite what it says) to leave it blank any more for out of country (ten zeros is one workaround if you don't have a number).

Yes it is an international shipment from Canada to the United States however, when i click the eBay print shipping label link it simply takes me to the error page as shown before without taking me to a page with blank fields such as a phone number to be entered. Also in the sales record there is already a phone number that the buyer has provided and in the proper format as well.

Oh that error. Try to Print Postage from another link. There are at least three that I know about from ebay that take you from the transaction to paypal: Sales Record. Waiting for Shipment, Order Details. All take you to the same place: Paypal.

Yes, and you have to manually enter that number on the Paypal Shipping Print Postage page when you get to it.
