yes as long as you change the address on your purchase sheet for that purchase only,where it shows shipping to address you can make the change

Yes, it's not unusual for a buyer to have several addresses on her Paypal account. These are often called "gift" addresses, because of how they are usually used.

If it's a one time thing, change your PayPal shipping address to the address desired, then once that item has been shipped, change it back to your old shipping address.

Another thing you can do is ASK the seller if they can ship it to an alternate address and see what they say. It is up to them in this case.
