Can you save the active listings items and the unsold items when closing the store to use for the 50 free auction listings.

As your active listings end, move them to your Unsold list. They may do this automatically.

Then use Sell Similar to relist from your Unsolds to auction. I believe this can be done in bulk, but if you only have a few dozen items it is worth doing them one at a time and reviewing as you go.
