Canada post shipping discount

I just signed up for the Electronic shipping tools discount from Canada post. I made an "ghost" shipment my old address 120 km away from where I live now. There was no difference from the Online shipping to my Venture 1 price. I have read that some Power sellers have got upto 30% discount from the counter rates and venture 1 rates... Can I ask how you were able to do this?...

Any info would be most helpful!

You have to sign up through Canada Post first to activate the discount. http://www.canadapost.ca/eBayAAF/default-e.asp

I have signed up and have my account numbers and password. I just see that there is any difference between the venture 1 price and the EST price

What I did is I called Can post and told them I wanted better rates then Venture one..they then opened a level 2 business account for me and I even signed a contract and all...
