We send a parcel from Burlington, ON on Nov.17, arrived to Niagara Falls, ON today. It was a size 4 yellow bubble-mailer send as oversized lettermail <100g.
Sorting centre is in Stoney Creek, ON (half way between Burlington and Niagara).
Impresive.

Don't forget it's the busy Holiday season, Mind you pretty sure there not 1/2 as busy as last year
Also could of been in a bag of mail that was flagged by customs
Perhaps the buyer is not being Honest

Canada Post did have some labour "disruptions" over the period you indicated. Don't know if the Union that was striking picketed the Stoney Creek sorting plant but they probably did. Mail was not stopped but it was slowed down by picketing on the London area, ie trucks were delayed getting in and out of plant, etc.

I think that explains it together with holiday season.
Although .. still. Duration seems little extreme, there was no customs, only one sorting facility etc.

Did you drop it in a box? Sometimes, the posties only clear the box out once or twice a week instead of everyday. This too can impact on delivery time.
I am the guardian of my children and their future. It is for this reason that I scrapbook.

At the dealer. It's just 0.5km from the house, and the closest drop-box is right before dealer's store.
