Hello,
I am a Canadian based seller that had TRS status up until last month and 100% feedback. I expect to meet my TRS status again soon since I only just barely missed my shipping time DSR's due to slow shipping and confusion on some stuff from my drop shipper in the US.
I have a supplier in the USA and a different supplier in Canada that sells me the same products at different prices and with different shipping costs thus creating some issues for selling on eBay.
Up until last week I have listed around 150 items on ebay.ca and the same 150 or so items on ebay.com both with restricted ship to locations, different currencies and different item locations. These are the same products. With my shipping restrictions I have done my absolute best to ensure that an eBay.com user cannot find my eBay.ca products even when they search worldwide. My eBay.ca listing do not appear on eBay.com because they are restricted from shipping to the USA.
This has worked well for me without any conflicts like duplicate listing violations or USA customers buying the Canadian dollar listings etc. until now
I have been on the line with eBay customer support every day since Oct.4 when my auction 170897001165 sold and I tried to relist with Turbo Lister and got this error:
Error 1 of 1

Important
Before you can complete your listing, we need you to confirm some information.
To help keep eBay safe, we may ask users to confirm their information.
To confirm your information now, click the List your item button at the bottom of this page. After confirming your information, you’ll be able to complete your listing.
Note: If you currently have a monthly selling limit, confirming your information will not remove or increase these monthly limits.
Confirm Your Identity Now (link removed)
When I click Confirm Your Identity Now (link removed) I get a dead link:
The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:
Try to access the feature directly from the eBay Home Page, instead of using a bookmark. Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.
Bypassing Turbo Lister and re-listing directly on eBay.com sends me to the dead link/page without a message or an error.
Customer support has confirmed that there are no restrictions on my account and there are no messages or reported items on my file in violation of policies etc. I find this hard to believe since I cannot create new listing on eBay.com of an unrelated products that I have never listed. eBay.com is shutting me out!
eBay CS have had the Security Support Team refresh certain things on the back end of ebay.com and confirmed that they are getting the same error messages and dead page links and they have confirmed that my eBay.com items are not searchable on eBay.com at this time. It really feels like I've been blocked from eBay.com and eBay CS can't seem to pinpoint the problem.
My GTC listing are automatically re-listing since Oct.4 and costing me the $0.20/ea insertion fee... and these products are not searchable on eBay.com. All the Items that are not selling or cancelled are still listed and you can view them and even buyout if you go directly to my eBay store but I cannot edit anything.
You must navigate to my USA products from eBay.com to see the US listings, and you must navigate via eBay.ca to view my Canadian listings.
Has anyone got any ideas for fixing the error and perhaps a better listing method that allows me to sell this way?
I am a patient person but I would like to find a solution to this ASAP and carry on growing my business without violating any policies.
Cheers,
Taylor

***UPDATE*** Sever wide issue getting the dead link page according to eBay CS. They get teh error on their end trying to modify or relist my items to eBay.com
I have pulled all my listings since I had nearly 200 GTC listings ready to relist automatically and ding me insertion fees with no representation.
Hopefully this gets resolved soon, according to CS there are no restrictions or policy violations blocking anything on my account.
Cheers
