On Jan 13, I sent a parcel to SPAIN.
Customer put in a claim with eBay for non receipt.
62 days after initial purchase (yesterday), I went to the PO to pick up a package (which I had to pay $33 - to pick up)
Lo and behold if it wasn't the package I sent to SPAIN.
No explanation why it was send back.
But it did make it to SPAIN and what happened after that I have no idea.
I have no intentions of sending this back to the buyer, and I want to refund the buyers money but it is past the deadline to do so at paypal.
What can I do so I can at least - get my FVF, paypal fees and postage back.
I phoned CP, about the postage. Because I bought my postage through paypal, they told me I had to go back to paypal to get that money back.
So far it order has cost me my FVF, paypal fees and an extra $33 in postage.
Any ideas?
