Have you paid?

Ask the seller to send you a Mutual Cancellation. If he does (and he doesn't have to) agree as soon as he sends the refund and leave positive feedback.

Are you bidding but have not yet bought?

You can ask the seller to cancel your bid (although you may end up on his Blocked Bidder List) or Retract your Bid.
