Cannot file complaint due to transaction ID

I bought an Xbox controller but it's been nearly 30 days and still haven't received the item. I was about to file a claim when paypal asked for the Transaction ID. I remember using my paypal and also the ebay page shows that I used paypal to buy the item. however, I cannot seem to find the transaction ID. Clicked the show all and show all transactions and everything but can't find any matching transaction ID

Hi bluebknight..Can you find the payment in PayPal history. Overview page..view all transactions..next..activate select and in drop down (last 3 months). Click on details for payment to see transaction ID #.

Not there..is it possible that you bypassed your account and paid as a guest. Call PP and they will open a dispute for you..toll free 1-888-221-1161.

If payment was funded by a credit card you can fall back on chargeback rights by calling Customer Service # on back of card.

PP claims must be opened within 45 days so you have some time , perhaps will arrive. File on later than day 43 from payment date.
