Cannot remove, add, save for later, nor add back to cart

I'm assuming this is a glitch. I've tried doing the same things on ebay.com and the results had been the exact same as ebay.ca.

No items in cart can be removed nor saved for later. No items can be added to cart. No saved items can be added back to cart. No saved items can be removed. When I try to add something to cart, or remove something from cart, or save something in cart for later, the total becomes $0. Then, when I click the shopping cart icon on the top right again, the item I've added or removed stays in the cart. The same goes for the saved items. It stays in the saved item and nothing has changed at all. Now how do I make purchases? I don't want to buy all the items that are in cart.

I am very frustrated. Does anyone know a solution to this problem/glitch, or at least know the possible cause for this problem/glitch?

I'm not sure why it would be happening but you could try cleaning your history and cache and then rebooting.

I am also having problems adding items to my cart. My cart is empty, so I can't speak to issues with items already added or saved, but I do get an error about my cart being unavailable when I attempt to add any items to it.

It appears that the cart issues have now been fixed.

I've tried it in on least three different devices at two different locations. The issue remained the same. So it's unlikely that the issue had to do with history and cache or had to do with a specific device in general.

It appears that the issue occurred and was later resolved without apparent notices.
