I'm trying to revise one listing only to show the BIN price in Canadian currency rather than U.S. (at the request of a buyer). I can't see how to do this. Maybe because it's listed on .com? I searched the help menus to no avail.

Is it possible to change only one listing, and if so, how?

I don't think you can do it will the listing is active. You may have to end it than relist. You can change the currancy right near the to on the left side.

I just checked one of my listings,you can't change it will it's active, but you can with a relist.

Even if you list the item in US currency, your buyer can pay you with equivalent amount in Canadian currency. I allow my buyers to pay me in Cdn. dollars if they wish. In fact, I love it, then I have some Cdn. $ in my account and can use when I buy Canada Post postage on PayPal.

But she didn't want to pay the equivalent. She wanted to pay the precise exchange rate of the moment (which which she felt was incorrectly stated on eBay.ca) and was quite persistent. I offered to reduce the price by a couple of dollars but that wasn't satisfactory. She was pleasant throughout the exchange of many e-mails ... there was no rudeness on her part ... but I finally just ended the communicartion -- too much time and effort being expended.
