I would like warn all people, because if they want buy something buy from should consider that very wall.

I can't understand how ebay can allow to conduct them transactions, if have 113 negative comments in this year. For me he is cheater, fraudster who should be forbidden to sell anything.

I didn't receive item, which I buy on the 10 March. I ask him about resend item and he claimed that send the second one, but the result was the same. I received nothing. All his negative comments are mostly the same. People didn't receive bought items. But e Bay still allow him cheat people.

You aren't allowed to name names on here - it'll get edited.  You can only input the item number.  But why would you purchase from such a seller - unless you didn't look at their feedback before purchasing?

In my country, in Poland, member of service "allegro" with such big amount of negative comments it isn't allow to conduct transactions, so I was thinking that in Canada there are keeping the same standards, but I see, that in Canada it isn't problem. The cheater can cheat still, and You by yours rules help him. But for me it isn't problem. I lost only 20 CAN dollars. For You maybe not too, but I will convince al my friends that eBay is not good, because it allows cheaters to conduct transactions. I think that many people who was cheating by the same seller did the same, then You should think, what is for You more useful.

It is stupid question, I'm right to expect eBay to be honest service with honest users.

Caveat emptor.

Also, if a seller has 113,000 feedback and 113 are negative, he is still a darn good seller.

If a seller has 200 feedback and 113 are negative-- well that wouldn't happen because he would be kicked off well before.

You have to pay attention. Look at percentage. Read what the negative FB actually says. (I have seen complaints about slow delivery for a purchase made on Christmas Eve and not delivered within three days!!).

And look at Detailed Seller Ratings too.

It depends on kind of feedback. But if most is about that somebody don't received that, what buy, I can't agree. Especially, if somebody write on his website that delivery can last 2-3 weeks. If delivery don't come to me after 5 months, for me this person is cheater. It doesn't matter how many positive comments he has - 113 is still about that somebody don't receive something or receive another thing. The most I read. Do You want to say, that if somebody sell 113,000 things, he is right to cheat small part of buyers. Very interesting approach. I see different standard of honesty.

No,

I mean to say that if a seller makes 113,000 sales and has only 113 insane, dishonest, stupid or entitled buyers who leave negative feedback because they were off their medication, are pretending they didn't get the item when they did, forgot what they bought or wanted an item described as 'gold-plated' to be solid 24 karat gold, that seller is doing very well.

Not every negative feedback is left by someone who is telling the whole truth.
