If you clicked twice then you confirmed the purchase.

It's impossible to buy something by accident on eBay. First you have to click on buy it now, then on the next screen, you have to confirm the purchase. I can't see how anyone could complete both these steps without realizing what they are doing. if you you don't want an unpaid item strike against you, I suggest you pay as soon as possible.
