Closing a case when seller cancelled.

The seller cancelled because they lost the item and i was refunded. How do I close the case?

On your personal ebay page go to Resolution Center, find

Your requests and cases . And status will be - waiting for buyer respond, chose Agree to close.

When I go to "Take Action" it says Case information unavailable.
