Creating a multiple variations listing.

I am trying to create a multiple variation listing for soccer jerseys as I have a couple different sizes of the same jersey. Ebay says that the category which I am trying to list in, Sports Mem, Cards and Fanshop with the sub category of Fan Apparel supports this option. Yet when I am creating the listing the option for multiple variations does not show. If I change the category to Men's Clothing sub category of Tshirts I get the multiple variations tab to appear.

Is this some sort of glitch ? Here it says you can use multiple variations in that category Variations link

I see other individuals selling soccer jersey with multiple sizes in their listings.

You are looking at the categories on ebay.com that have variations.  The .ca site doesn't have as many categories that offer variation listings.
