Do not purchase from .  I purchased a pair of boots, paid for it and never received the item.  The seller initially contacted me apologizing for forgetting to send item.  Now they have stopped contacting me, but happily took my money.  Further e-bay will not help me.  I suppose thievery is acceptable.  I should have read and listened to the most recent feedback on this seller.

A lesson learned.

EBay has a deadline for Disputes and Claims of about 30 days from projected delivery date.

Another lesson,

NEVER accept an offer of a replacement. As you have learned it won't arrive either.

And a third lesson.

Go to your Paypal account and start a Claim there.

You have 180 days from payment for this.
