Thanks for the question. According to our policies, you do not need to proceed with the transaction if the seller is NARU'ed. You will be protected from any unpaid item disputes. However, the seller can still leave you negative feedback. We acknowledge there might be an inconsistency here and we will speak with our feedback team about this issue.

Hello Jordan, are you still ebay Canada Country Manager (what I saw it worded in the past) or have they changed your title to this eBay Canada Managing Director? Is there a new ebay.ca Country Manager? Please let us know!

We have passed on this bug to our counterparts in the US and they are looking into it.

Also while this has been mentioned many times in the past I really think it needs to be addressed and fixed. eBay is actually losing money because frustrated sellers simply give up listing.

There are too many problems with the bulk relist and bulk edit functions. When you go from being able to edit or relist 25 to having to do them in batches of sometimes 1,2 or 5 it is frustrating and too much time to waste. I find I give up completely. Then eBay loses that revenue and I lose the listings.

Welcome to the thread. I'm glad you're taking full advantage of these Canadian pricing promotions. As I think I've said on the board before, enhancing Canadian seller economics on eBay is a big priority for us. So please continue providing your thoughts and feedback on how to make selling on eBay more profitable.

Your suggestion to have a NO FVF day is very interesting. How would this change what types of items you would choose to sell? Or the amount that you would sell? I would love to hear more.

I haven't been fired yet so I'm still around. 🙂 My title within eBay is Country Manager while my title externally is Managing Director... regardless of what I'm called, my job mandate remains the same. Essentially, I am tasked with ensuring the Canadian experience on eBay (regardless of site) is a fast, safe and fun one. I know I have some work to do, but rest assured that all of us in the Canadian office are committed to making this happen.
