I recently ordered a few items from a seller and after 4 weeks when no items shown up I emailed them to advise them of this, they asked me to wait an other week. so I did... then I emailed them again "still hasn't shown up" they asked me to wait yet an other week.
This went on for a 3rd time and after the 3rd time their response was " sorry its past the 60 days we can not resend or refund or help "
I then looked in the history of their feedback and found this has happened to multiple people throughout their past sales on ebay.
They can not be trusted

Most buyers look into the sellers feedback record
before buying, not 3 months later.

Unfortunately, because we are not allowed to 'name and shame' members on these Boards your post will likely be edited when the staff arrive on Monday morning.
However, all is not lost. Go to the credit card you paid with, processing the payment through Paypal. Call the 1-800 customer service number and ask about a chargeback. Most cards allow more time for disputes than PP and eBay. Have important information like dates, prices, shipping cost, and transaction numbers handy to help the clerk complete your refund.
You can leave feedback for 60 days. If the seller had left feedback for you, you can leave appropriate Responses indefinitely.

I cannot believe the bad luck you are having with your sellers.
I took a quick look at the six negative feedbacks you have left for various sellers in the last month and find it impossible to believe that they are all that bad.

Wow Pierre !
Six Negs left out of the last 15 in less than a month.
Bad News.
Another addition to my Blocked Buyers List.

How about out of like 667 feedback transactions left for seller's
64!!!!!! Negatives
13 Neutrals
Really guys? Really? Tell me buyer's, as I've been a buyer far longer then a seller that those #'s are normal. The op should be posting this on a seller board. Tons of sellers could avoid some unreasonable negatives! I'm sure some of the op's are reasonable but as stated. This is not case of the op having serious bad luck.
Out of close to 10,000 transactions as a buyer on various accounts I've left 3 negatives. Simple reason. I contacted the seller's and like most seller's they were more than happy to rectify the situation. Just like most of the seller's that did respond to the negatives left.
Wow!

And of the last 100 feedback, 40 were negative , neutral or , most commonly, referred to a seller fixing a problem.
Serial scammer blackmailing sellers into discounts, perhaps?
BBL!
