Does anyone find MarketWorks (AuctionWorks) confusing?

I have registered about 3 times on seperate occasions and have cancelled 1 month later each time just because I cant figure the system out, is anyone else using MarketWorks? and if so, has it been easy to use?

It's confusing at first, too many settings! however once you figure it out it's great. I couldn't live without them now !

It may be worth it to call them and ask for help setting up, it will make your life a lot easier

Thank you for that, yes i actually received a phone call from someone the next day from marketworks and he said to call anytime, I registered last week and have only looked at it once..i think i will make sometime this week to get things up, its getting harder and harder to keep things steady with just selling manager.
