Does anyone know the best way to post a listing that has "&" in the title in case someone types in "and" ?

Search "Degarmo & Key", then search "Deagrmo and Key" in music and you get different results. What would you put in the title so it grabs both "&" and "AND" in search?

Use the one that produces best result &. Using neither shows same.

When I searched Degarmo Key, there were 111 matches, 110 for Degarmo and Key and only 11 for Degarmo & Key.

By the way, I haven't heard their name in about 20 years.
