Thank you poco that is the one!!
Stapling that link to the wall now....

poco's link works fine, was what got me out of trouble last year as well. The only difference is that buyer information does not upload to the label, you have to add it yourself. Thank you!!!

Anyone using Firefox having any luck today?

The first time I had this happen was on the 15th and I thought it was just an unlucky anomaly until it happened again today. I had to void my Canada Post label 3 times after trying Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (all on Windows).
Like the rest of you, I cleared the cache, restarted, etc. but nothing worked. I then finally hit the jackpot by installing and printing with Safari for Windows (http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1531).
Hopefully this will help someone.

I haven't had any problems with labels on Firefox or IE in the last few days.
I might have misunderstood you...but are you voiding the label each time it doesn't print on one browser and then starting from scratch on another browser? If so, you shouldn't be voiding it until you have explored all options. If it doesn't work on one browser, open up Paypal in another browser, click on details for that transaction and on reprint label at the bottom of the page.

I wonder if it a FireFox issue. FireFox version 27.0.1 came out a few days before this topic started. Before that FireFox v 27.0.0 was out for a couple of months and apparently no issue.
Anyone willing to go back to version 26 and see if he problem is there?
Her is a link how to get the old version
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-older-version-of-firefox
What possibly happened is that PayPal code is designed for older versions of FireFox and needs to be recoded to handle the newer version of FireFox. If it can be proven it is the newer FireFox version, then the issue can be posted on the FireFox forums to be checked by their technical staff to see if it a bug or a design change in FireFox that PayPal shipping labels cannot handle.
I know that PayPal should be checking into this but they take forever to fix anything in PayPal Canada shipping labels.
I would go back but I do not use PayPal shipping, maybe 1 time every 1-2-3 months. I ship using discount postage most of the time.
I once went back to an old version of FireFox (v16 back to 15) because the new version did not work with eBay pictures. eBay fixed it quickly after 3-4 days but I went back first. It was easy enough but there is a risk of losing bookmarks and whatever. I had no issues going back a level. But I am a computer geek. (If you do go back, make sure you turn off automatic update to notify for updates so that v 26 does not immediately get updated to 27.0.1!)
Another possible solution is to wait for FireFox 28 which is coming soon (next 2-3-4 weeks). It might fix the problem. If a design change and not a bug, then PayPal needs to fix their code.

I just talked to the idiots in support. They are working on it... What ever that means. So the problem is in the USA also. If you call they will put you on a hot list to be emailed when the problem is fixed.

Here's the email response I received from PayPal, just this evening. Doesn't really say much but at least they acknowledge that there is a problem:
Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Kevin and I am happy to assist you with your account.
As of now our shipping system has been down, your best solution is to either attempt the purchase in I.E on a different computer or go straight to the Canada post website. We are hoping the situation will be fixed throughout the weekend, but we do not have a definite time period as of now. We apologize for the frustration you are experiencing and will continue to work tirelessly to fix this problem.
Don't forget, we're always around if you need us. Just click "Help" in the top right corner of any PayPal page to visit our improved Help Center.

Firefox 28 is available if anyone wants to try that version to see if it makes any difference.

Was just able to print a label while using Firefox.
Wasn't working yesterday.
Not sure how everyone else is making out but I hope this is finally fixed.
I really don't like using IE.

Thanks for taking the time to update, Steve. I use Firefox too and it's been three very long weeks without access to shipping labels.
Fingers crossed... have to find my least expensive shipping cost on the items I've sold over the weekend. That'll be my guinea pig as I try the shipping feature.
Please, please work.
Would be so much easier if darn PayPal would just keep everyone informed and post proper updates, geez..
