Never really paid attention to this but I received an Item not won notice at 1:16pm, and then for the same item I received an outbid notice at 1:46pm. A little after the fact eh E-Bay? I would have liked to try and win that item, instead I lost it for an extra .50 CDN. Now I know why the bidding and buyer rates are down. If they are not getting the outbid notices until after the auction has been completed, our sales are not going to increase. Is this a bug or what?

Did you check to see the time it was actually sent? My personal record for the longest wait to receive an email is just shy of 18 months.

He said he emailed and I didn't believe him.....a year and a half later the original message showed up in my inbox!

Figured it out...the "Item outbid notice" was sent at 12:28. The "Item not won" notice was sent 12:29. What the heck??? I don't get it, problem with my server?
